Hello and thank you for "stopping by." Does CUSTOMER SERVICE seem like a thing of the past to you? I'd like to prove you wrong! My goal is always to serve my clients both on the listing and buying side of real estate with more than they expected. HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
By using the skills I've developed during the 35 years I was employed at John Deere in Dubuque with positions in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Marketing, Supply Management and Communitications. The training I received over the years from Deere and the experience I gained through the positions I held in the company, have given me a spring board into my real estate career.
As a member of the NAR, I am required to take continue education courses in law and ethics and a broad area of other courses that help me continue to do better at what I do...buying and selling houses.
I have my certification in home staging and offer that as a service when people list with me. Home staging is not decorating. It is preparing your home (and yourself) for positioning your house in the marketplace to get in moving quickly; so you can too.
